I’ve been really into browsing yoox lately because the mix of brands is actually great. You get the big designer names, but also these smaller labels I don’t normally see on every other site. The styles feel a bit more interesting too, not just the usual plain stuff. I mostly go looking for shoes and jackets and somehow end up with way too many things saved. It does take some digging, but i kind of enjoy that part. Then suddenly I’m like, wait, have I been scrolling for an hour? Anyway, it’s a fun place to find something a little different.

Well... I actually really liked how YOOX kept me updated at every step of my order. I got notifications when it shipped and could see where it was along the way, so there wasn’t any guessing. The package arrived exactly on the day they said it would. Overall, super smooth experience.

The order arrived on time and the item itself was fine, but I kind of regret not paying more attention to the packaging reviews. The box was crushed and looked like it might have been opened before. It wasn’t a major problem, but for the price, I really expected it to show up in better condition.

Sizes are inconsistent, false descriptions, final sales, items are missing in packages, but they charge you for them, rude customer service, wrong items sent, bad smell from clothes.

It works. Reliably, honestly. I haven’t had any major issues with it, which is nice. Just... a bit slow sometimes. Not terrible, not a dealbreaker. But you do notice it if you’re in a hurry.

I was able to find what I was looking for really quickly, which was great. the only issue was bad timing on my end, I was kind of rushed, so I didn’t get to look around as much as I wanted.

I ordered a pair of designer sneakers from YOOX i’m really pleased with the whole experience. They arrived with the proper tags, original box, and all the little details looked exactly right. Nothing seemed off or questionable at all, so I feel confident they’re authentic. Super happy with my purchase!

The return process was really easy enough, but the refund took almost two weeks to finally show up, which was a bit frustrating.

The only downside is that popular sizes can sell out fast, and I’ve definitely had saved items disappear before I made up my mind. But overall, yoox feels reliable, exciting to shop, and worth coming back to if you like finding unique pieces

From what I remember seeing on the site, the description was mostly accurate. The item looked close to what yoox showed, but the color felt a little different once I saw it in person. The sizing info was helpful enough, though not totally spot on. I ended up keeping it, but I do wish the details had been a bit clearer before I ordered

I ordered a pair of shoes from Yoox i was happy at first because they showed up quicker than I expected, around 4 days. The tracking was decent too, so I wasn’t left wondering where the package was. Then I saw the box and got a little annoyed because it was kind of beaten up, which made me nervous for a second. Luckily the shoes were totally fine, so I was relieved. The person I spoke with was polite, explained things clearly, and didn’t make it some long annoying back-and-forth. They sorted it out, and it actually felt like someone read my message properly. Happy with the help, to be honest.

I was excited about the order until I got hit with extra customs fees on delivery. That kind of ruined the deal for me. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “customs charges are handled by your local authorities,” which I get, but I wish that had been made way clearer before I checked out.

My payment did go through in the end, but the checkout process felt a little slow and kind of confusing. I ended up checking my card details twice because I wasn’t totally sure if everything was right. It wasn’t a huge problem, not terrible or anything, just a bit annoying.

The main thing I cared about was the fit, and it fit me perfectly. I didn’t pay much attention to anything else because that was exactly what I was hoping for

But then one shirt was kind of disappointing, the material felt cheaper than I expected, and the fit was just weird. Not awful or anything, just not what I thought it would be. Shipping was fine, and I do like browsing the site, but yeah, the quality isn’t super consistent. I’d probably order again, but only if the price was really good.

I had a fraud check pop up while using my account, and it made me feel a lot better about the security. Support basically told me something like, “We just want to make sure it’s really you,” and the whole thing was quick. My account stayed safe and I was able to keep using it without any issues.
